conduite du changement.\n\nProfil recherché :\nDe formation Bac+5 en Génie Informatique.\nDisposant d'une expérience de 8 ans minimum dans une fonction similaire.\nCompétences requises : \n\nBonne base technique.\nConnaissance des concepts et processus CRM et relation client est un plus.\nConnaissance du CRM Salesforce est un atout.\nConnaissance de méthodologies de gestion de projets. \nBonne capacité d'analyse et d'adaptation. \nAnticipation et prise d'initiative. \nAutonomie et rigueur.\nEsprit
