We are looking for people who want to help the company grow and succeed and who take pride in their work and in their team's work.\nPay Rate: $21.75\nWork Schedule: 2nd Shift - 3:45pm-2:15am (Overtime on Fridays may be required)\nSummary: Follow batch records and SOPs to tend or operate manufacturing equipment that makes or finishes oral doses of tablets or capsules.\nOn a typical day, you will: ensure the quality and safety of the product will include, but not be limited to:\nRead the work orders to determine product specifications, materials to be used, weights, dimensions, and tolerances.\nSet up of equipment, startup and shutdowns, troubleshooting and adjusting equipment to ensure employee safety, product quality, and quantity.\nMonitors equipment such as presses, encapsulation machines, coating pans to make adjustments and to report abnormal conditions.\nLoads and unloads machinery with raw materials and finished product.\nMeasure and examine materials and finished product to ensure conformance to established standards and remove that which does not meet standards.\nRecord operational and production data on specified forms, in logbooks, update room status signs and collect samples.\nPerform sanitation on assigned equipment and work areas as specified.\nProvide information or indication of problems to Management or Quality Assurance.\nReports to work regularly and on time.\nPerform duties safely and to report unsafe conditions or actions.\nAssists in other duties as needed and directed.\nMinimum Qualifications:\nMathematical Skills - Accuracy with arithmetic and subtraction\nLanguage Skills - Must be able to follow detailed written instructions\nAbility to work well with others.\nPreferred Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities:\nSkilled in operation, control monitoring, and troubleshooting equipment, quality and processes.\nDemonstrate attention to detail, problem sensitivity and information ordering skills.\nKnowledge of food production processing.\nPhysical Demands: The physical demands described here are representative of those that must be met by an employee to successfully perform the essential functions of this job.\nYou must regularly lift 35 lbs., occasionally move up to 100 lbs. using pallet jacks.\nMust be able to stand for 10-hour shifts, regularly required to walk, and pull.\nSpecific sensing abilities required by this job include near vision, hearing, and manual dexterity.\nReasonable accommodation may be made to enable individuals with disabilities to perform the essential functions of this job.\nWe Offer: Medical, Dental, Vision, Life, 401K, Paid Holidays, Paid Vacation, Paid Sick Leave, and more!\nDisclaimer: This job description is only a summary of the typical functions of the job, not an exhaustive or comprehensive list of all possible job responsibilities, tasks, and duties.
