As a CRO Specialist at iO, you make a real impact on the conversions of websites and portals with your data-driven optimizations. You are the bridge between our marketers and developers, giving them the right input to get started.
Based on your recommendations from various research methods, you proactively launch initiatives that boost user experience and conversions. Your daily challenges include:
From quick audits to in-depth analyses: You dive into the data for a wide range of clients. You conduct CRO analyses and audits, uncover pain points in the customer journey, and translate your insights into concrete, impactful recommendations.
In-depth optimization projects: You'll tackle complex optimization programs, where you’ll focus on continuously improving the user experience and maximizing conversions.
Of course, you don't do this alone. You work closely with a team of data and analytics specialists, UX designers, marketers, and strategists. You run A/B tests, analyze the results, and process your findings into professional presentations. You pour your insights into compelling stories that inspire both clients and colleagues to take action.

Requirements
You have strong analytical skills, are naturally curious, work meticulously, and have a proactive attitude.
Online personalization tools like VWO, Spotler, Adobe, or Blueconic hold no secrets for you.
You are an expert at applying CRO principles (such as Cialdini's principles and other persuasion techniques) to various business models (B2B, B2C, e-commerce).
With at least 2 years of experience, you know exactly how to create and execute a successful optimization plan.
You can effortlessly find your way around tools like Clarity and Hotjar.
You can transform complex data from Google Looker Studio, Google Analytics, and Power BI into convincing and clear insights.
You have experience with HTML and CSS. Knowledge of JavaScript is a big plus!
You know how to create clear and convincing presentations and can excellently substantiate your findings.
You are fluent in Dutch and English
