You manage multiple digital and IT projects simultaneously, keeping a clear head while navigating complexity, deadlines, stakeholders, scope changes and all.\nEnd-to-End Project Ownership: You lead multiple digital transformation and IT projects simultaneously, from initial scoping and planning through to delivery and handover\n\nCoordinating cross-functional teams: You coordinate our cross-functional teams of developers, designers, strategists, and QA experts, aligning everyone around priorities.\n\nStakeholder Management: You are the primary point of contact for a diverse set of internal and external stakeholders, including clients, partners, and vendors across public, retail, and automotive sectors\n\nFacilitating project governance: planning sessions, status updates, risk management, and steering committee meetings\n\nApplying the right methodology for each project. Enough reasons to apply, right?\nRequirements\nA higher education degree in Business, IT, or a related field.\n\nYou have 3+ years of experience managing digital projects that involve technical integrations in a multi-stakeholder environment.\n\nJuggling several projects in parallel comes naturally to you, without ever losing your grip on quality or timelines.\n\nSolid knowledge of both Agile and Waterfall methodologies is essential - a PRINCE2 or PMP certification is a real plus.\n\nExperience with budget management is a definite advantage; you understand the importance of having a grip on the numbers as well as the plan.\n\nYou're a natural communicator who builds relationships with ease, both internally and with clients.\n\nA problem-solving mindset, strategic thinking skills, and a genuine team-player spirit are all part of your DNA.\n\nUsing AI tools is part of your daily workflow, serving as a genuine productivity lever.\n\nFluency in Dutch, French, and English is a must-have for this role.\n\nDoes this sound like your dream job?
