1.数据基本功过硬，具备较强的数据分析、挖掘和建模相关能力。

2.具备商业和业务视角，对数据驱动业务增长有深入理解和实践经历。

3.具备相应AI能力，过往工作有AI实践和有效落地经历。

4.3年以上互联网公司数据分析相关工作经验，具备良好的沟通和协同能力，对汽车和辅助驾驶感兴趣优先。
