具有2年以上品牌视觉、广告设计、营销设计或相关工作经验优先。\n2、具备扎实的视觉设计基础，对版式、字体、色彩、构图、视觉层级及品牌视觉体系有较好的理解，能够独立完成从创意到设计落地的完整过程。\n3、熟练使用 Adobe Photoshop、Illustrator 等设计软件，熟悉秀米等新媒体内容排版工具; 熟悉Figma、Sketch等设计工具者优先。\n4、具备较强的品牌意识及视觉审美能力，能够理解并遵循品牌视觉规范，同时能够针对不同业务、传播渠道和用户场景进行灵活的视觉创意。\n5、具备较好的项目管理及跨部门沟通能力，能够同时承接多个项目，合理安排工作优先级，主动推进需求、控制项目进度，并能够协调各方完成设计交付。\n6、具备较强的需求理解与沟通能力，能够将业务方相对模糊的需求转化为明确的设计目标，并能够通过专业判断主动提出优化建议，而非仅按照需求执行。\n7、具备良好的团队协作意识和服务意识，能够与市场、运营、业务、品牌及区域团队保持高效协作，并适应多业务线、多项目并行的工作节奏。\n8、有摄影、视频拍摄、视频剪辑、动态设计或自媒体内容创作经验者优先，能够承担基础的图片及视频内容制作。\n9、熟悉并能够使用主流AI设计及创意工具，具备将AI应用于创意发散、视觉探索、素材生成、设计提效等实际工作场景的能力。\n10、工作细致负责，具备较强的执行力、时间管理能力及质量意识，能够适应营销传播工作中高时效、多任务、快速迭代的工作模式。\n11、对新能源汽车、汽车服务、用户体验及消费品牌有兴趣，对行业趋势及用户需求具备一定敏感度。\n12、具备良好的版权意识，能够规范使用字体、图片、视频及其他第三方素材，避免设计及传播过程中的版权风险。\n加分项\n* 有新能源汽车、汽车、互联网、消费品牌、广告公司或品牌设计相关工作经验;
