具备性能测试经验，熟悉压测工具（Locust/JMeter/wrk等）及分析方法\n加分项（非必需）\n· 有大模型评测、对齐（RLHF/DPO）或Prompt工程相关实践经验\n· 熟悉vLLM/TensorRT-LLM等推理框架，了解其内部机制\n· 有GPU推理性能测试经验，熟悉CUDA相关工具（Nsight等）\n· 具备数据挖掘或NLP算法基础，能自主构建评测数据集\n·
