Requirements\n1.本科及以上学历，计算机、人工智能、自动化、电子、数学等相关专业，2-5年相关工作经验。 \n2.具备机器学习与深度学习基础，理解 CNN、RNN、Transformer、Attention、LLM 等主流模型原理。 \n3.熟悉 Python 开发，具备 PyTorch、FastAPI、向量数据库、RAG 系统等相关开发经验。 \n4.熟悉至少一种 Agent/LLM 应用框架，包括 LangChain、LangGraph、LlamaIndex、AutoGen、CrewAI 等。 \n5.具备 Agent Workflow、Tool Calling、Multi-Agent、Prompt Engineering 等相关项目经验。 \n6.具备良好的工程能力与代码规范，熟悉 Linux、Git、接口开发及模块化设计。 \n7.有工业 AI、制造业数字化、设备故障诊断、知识图谱或工业知识库相关项目经验者优先。 \n8.有电驱、电池、MES、PLM、制造工艺等新能源行业相关经验者优先。 \n9.有开源大模型部署、微调、推理优化相关经验者优先。
