you'll do:\nEngage business stakeholders to identify business needs, challenges, opportunities and objectives.\nElicit, analyse, document, validate and manage business requirements.\nConduct business process analysis to identify inefficiencies, bottlenecks, risks and opportunities for improvement.\nDevelop current-state (AS-IS) and future-state (TO-BE) business process models.\nCreate process maps using Business Process Model and Notation (BPMN).\nDevelop use cases, user stories, acceptance criteria and functional requirements.\nFacilitate requirements workshops, stakeholder interviews and business validation sessions.\nSupport Agile delivery through backlog refinement, sprint planning and requirements clarification.\nWork closely with developers, testers, architects and project teams to ensure that requirements are correctly interpreted and implemented.\nSupport solution design, development, testing, user acceptance testing (UAT) and implementation.\nManage requirements traceability and assess the impact of proposed changes.\nValidate delivered solutions against approved business requirements.\nMaintain business analysis documentation and support knowledge transfer.\nIdentify opportunities for process optimisation, automation and operational improvement.\nQualifications:\nSenior Certificate (Grade 12).\nNQF Level 7 qualification or equivalent in Computer Science, Information Systems or a related field.\nCertification in Business Analysis.\nYour Expertise:\nAt least six (6) years of business analysis experience.\nExperience across the business analysis lifecycle, from analysis through design, build and implementation.\nKnowledge and practical experience of Agile methodologies and supporting tools.\nExperience in business process analysis and modelling.\nExperience developing:\nUse cases.\nUser stories.\nBusiness process maps using BPMN.\nRequired Competencies:\nRequirements elicitation and management.\nBusiness process analysis and optimisation.\nBPMN process modelling.\nUse-case and user-story development.\nAgile business analysis.\nStakeholder engagement and facilitation.\nFunctional specification development.\nRequirements traceability.\nChange impact analysis.\nCommunication, documentation and
