Join us in driving informed decision-making, solving complex challenges, and creating meaningful business impact.\nPlease note this role is fully onite, based in Sandton.\nWhat you’ll do:\nConsult to various clients, and their stakeholders, to understand their value chain, structure, functions, and products and/or services.\nBuilding and maintaining strong relationships with clients and acting as a consultant on the projects or applications.\nChallenge the business in their thinking, especially to understand the intent of the business requirement.\nWith little supervision, elicit, gather, analyse, document, validate and communicate business requirements (User Stories and Acceptance Criteria)\nWrite clear and concise user stories, epics, and features aligned with the INVEST principles to support effective agile development.\nCollaborate with the business to build and maintain a well-prioritized backlog, ensuring delivery teams have a continuous flow of valuable work.\nConduct in-depth product analysis by developing strong knowledge of the existing product and identifying opportunities for improvement and innovation.\nYour expertise:\nExperienced with Scrum Principles in an Agile Environment.\nProven project experience in writing user stories, epics, features, in line with the INVEST principles of agile\nAt least 6-7 years’ experience in Business Analysis across a custom software development environment.\nAt least 3 years’ experience in Agile Projects\nWorking knowledge of (OAS) Open API specification 2.0 and 3.0\nAble to read and interpret JSON and XML files\nAble to understand and work using the Behaviour Driven Development (BDD) & Test-Driven Development (TDD) approach for new requirements that require development.\nFormal qualification such as a B.
