positions\n\nHands-on experience training, fine-tuning, and evaluating NLP or machine learning models.\n\nExperience with spaCy, ideally including custom NER, text classification, or training pipelines.\n\nExperience preparing, cleaning, annotating, and managing training datasets.\n\nFamiliarity with at least one ML framework or library, such as PyTorch, Hugging Face Transformers, or
