professional software development experience, including building and supporting production applications.\n\nStrong hands-on experience with Java and Spring Boot, including REST controllers, dependency injection, configuration, and backend service development.\n\nExperience designing, developing, and maintaining RESTful APIs and microservices.\n\nExperience with JUnit, Mockito, or similar testing frameworks.\n\nSolid understanding of object-oriented programming, data structures, algorithms, design patterns, and software engineering best practices.\n\nExperience working with MongoDB or other NoSQL databases, as well as relational databases such as PostgreSQL.\n\nExperience with Redis or similar caching technologies.\n\nFamiliarity with AWS or comparable cloud platforms.\n\nUnderstanding of microservices communication patterns, including asynchronous messaging and event-driven architectures.\n\nDaily hands-on experience using AI development tools such as Claude Code or similar, for coding, debugging, testing, and improving development workflows.\n\nAbility to review, validate, and take ownership of AI-generated code.\n\nExperience troubleshooting production issues, performing root cause analysis, and implementing reliable fixes.\n\nFamiliarity with Git, CI/CD, automated testing, and professional software development practices.\n\nStrong problem-solving, communication, and with performance optimization, database indexing, and distributed systems.\n\nKey Responsibilities:\nManage and investigate support tickets from clients, including errors, configuration requests, and operational issues.\n\nAnalyze logs, API behavior, monitoring alerts, and system data to identify the root cause of problems.\n\nCoordinate with stakeholders and cross-functional teams to resolve issues efficiently.\n\nMake or coordinate configuration changes within the system based on client needs.\n\nUse tools like Datadog or similar platforms to monitor system health and performance.\n\nUse
