duties and responsibilities\nContribute innovative ideas to deliver best-in-class products and solutions for our clients.\nAnalyse business needs, market trends, customer requirements, and competitive landscapes to support product strategy and roadmap development.\nApply analytical thinking and problem-solving skills to identify opportunities for product improvement and business growth.\nCollaborate with Product Management, Technology, Operations, and Business stakeholders to define and implement effective solutions.\nCoordinate cross-functional teams to ensure successful delivery of product initiatives and continuous improvement activities.\nSupport the definition, monitoring, and analysis of key product performance indicators and metrics.\nPrepare and deliver high-quality presentations, reports, business cases, and strategic recommendations to internal and external stakeholders.\nDrive product intelligence initiatives through internal and external data sources, market research, competitor analysis, and customer insights.\nContribute to the development and adoption of methodologies, tools, and best practices that support product innovation and Management, or a related field (with honours preferred).\n3-5 years of professional experience, preferably gained within Consulting firms, Product Management, Product Analysis, Business Analysis, Financial Services, ICT, or related areas.\nExperience supporting strategic initiatives, business transformation, process optimization, product development, or digital transformation projects.\nStrong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to transform complex data and business requirements into actionable insights and recommendations.\nProven ability to engage with multiple stakeholders, gather requirements, conduct structured analyses, and present findings effectively, ideally developed in a consulting environment.\nStrong interpersonal, communication, and stakeholder management skills.\nPassion for innovation, technology, and financial services.\nExcellent knowledge of both Italian and English.\nAdvanced knowledge of Microsoft Office 365, particularly Excel and PowerPoint.\nAbility to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.\nStrong customer orientation, proactive mindset, and attention to detail.\nWhat we
