One who has the ability to communicate and collaborate effectively with engineers, designers, HR professionals and other stakeholders; .\nResponsibilities\nCommunication and Collaboration Skills: Ability to communicate and collaborate effectively with engineers, designers, HR professionals and other stakeholders; should be comfortable facilitating discussions and working on cross-functional teams.\nProcess Design: Lead sessions to understand current state processes and pain points; leverage this analysis and understand key requirements to help shape the future state process design and gain alignment across HCM and business stakeholders.\nAnalytical Skills and Data Acumen: Strong analytical skills to interpret data, identify trends, and support data-driven decision-making.
