The program provides an opportunity for outstanding college graduates to start a career in a dynamic and fast paced global FinTech firm.\nAnalysts will spend the first 18 months of their career in 3 diverse, 6-month rotations covering a broad range of ION's core capabilities. At the end of their 3 rotations analysts will transition to a deeper dive in one area of ION.\nLeadership Development Program Analysts will explore various roles across multiple ION divisions. LDP is available in New York, Chicago, Houston, Toronto, Hong Kong, Singapore, Tokyo, and London.\nAnalysts will spend their first rotation contributing through a role in their home office. However, analysts may have the opportunity to spend their second or third rotations in another location.\nWhat you'll do\nIn the role of Software Developer, you will develop products for our global customers including Tier 1 banks and Fortune 100 corporations.
