Lead projects, mentor teams, and collaborate with other practices to ensure successful delivery.\nDesign and build full-stack applications using Angular (primary) and Java technologies (secondary), ensuring scalable architecture, efficient APIs, and seamless integration between front-end and backend services.\nSupport backend development using Java (e.g., Spring/Spring Boot) to build and maintain RESTful services, business logic, and integrations with enterprise systems and databases.\nPartner with client stakeholders to build strong relationships, acting as a strategic technical advisor and helping expand long-term engagements.\nSupport business development efforts through solution design, client presentations, and contributing to proposals and industry engagement.\nHelp develop strong management practices within the Engineering practice, supporting career growth and mentoring across the team.\nKey Responsibilities\nDevelop responsive web applications using Angular, JavaScript, TypeScript, HTML, CSS.\nBuild backend services and APIs using Java and Spring Boot.\nDesign and integrate RESTful APIs with frontend components.\nCollaborate with cross-functional teams in an Agile environment.\nWrite clean, testable code and participate in code reviews and CI/CD processes.\nRequired Skills\n8+ years of software development experience.\nStrong expertise in Angular (v10+)\nBackend development experience with Java / Spring Boot.\nExperience with REST APIs, Git, and modern development practices.\nPreferred\nExperience with microservices, AWS and Terraform.\nExposure to Docker, Kubernetes and containerized deployments.\nExperience in capital markets, financial markets/products, consulting is highly desirable.\nExperience with Claude Code and GitHub Copilot is a
