To support us in Berlin or Karlsruhe, we are looking for a Tax Specialist (f/m/d) who wants to work across the full range of our tax topics and is keen to build expertise in transfer pricing.\nTasks\nPreparing tax balance sheets and tax returns for the German group companies together with our colleagues.\nSupport in preparing and maintaining our transfer pricing documentation (Master File, Local Files, CbCR), including functional and risk analyses.\nContributing to the implementation and further development of intercompany transfer pricing guidelines and models and reviewing intercompany agreements in coordination with the business functions.\nTax assessment of business transactions, contracts and restructurings.\nAdvising business functions and subsidiaries on tax matters, and acting as contact person for our foreign entities on operational questions regarding the operational application of transfer pricing requirements.\nSupporting tax audits and communicating with tax authorities and external advisors.\nHelping us develop our Tax Compliance Management System further and digitalise our tax processes.\nMonitoring legislative changes and case law, and deriving recommendations for action.\nQualifications\nAcademic track record with a finance and international tax background.\nAt least three years of professional experience in tax consultancy, audit, or an in-house tax function;
