India)\nMobilisation: 1 December 2026 (tentative)\nDuration: 2 years, renewable\nReports to: Commissioning Manager (preparation) / Commissioning Site Lead (execution)Execution phase\n\nSupervise instrumentation and ICSS commissioning on site in line with HSE standards, specifications and schedule\nCoordinate vendors and contractors for safe energisation, loop testing and functional testing of ICSS\nMonitor progress, manage punch list clearance and keep documentation up to date\nSupport the Completion Coordinator in reaching RFC, RFSU and handover milestones\nAttend daily coordination meetings and align with interfacing commissioning teams (gas processing, pipelines)\nCapture and share lessons learned\nDimensions and accountabilities\n\nResponsible for commissioning of all instrumentation and ICSS systems: analysers, metering, ESD, F&G, SCADA, HIPS and PLCs\nSupervise the Commissioning ICSS Engineer and Commissioning Instrumentation Supervisor (possibly a Telecom Engineer)\nEnsure ICSS integration across packages, including interface testing, HART diagnostics and inter-trip logic validation\nObtain commissioning validation of fiscal/custody transfer meters from local authorities\nEnsure systems meet all technical and documentation requirements for handover\n Preparation phase\nReview and validate instrumentation and ICSS commissioning procedures, check sheets and test plans\nEnsure the completion management database is correctly populated for instrumentation and ICSS systems and interfaces\nCoordinate with package leaders, vendors and contractors to plan FATs, loop testing and system integration\nTake part in risk assessments;
