Joining the company means contributing to complex international projects within a high-performance industrial environment.\n MISSIONS / SERVICE DIMENSIONS\nThe service holder’s main function is managing SAP and iMOMS projects for SATORP PetChem:\nThink the vision and strategy, create the architecture, scope and design the tools with an objective of integration in the SATORP IT architecture.\n\nManage FAT/SAT, implementation, commissioning and start-up of all the sub-systems for SAP and iMOMS.\n\nContribute to the implementation of a continuous high standard and embedded Digital and Data Centric culture within AMIRAL teams.\n\nParticipate in the basement and procedures for Data Centric and Industry 4.0.\n\nSupport the Engineering team in EPC phase.\n\nTwo main domains of activities:\nERP / SAP\n\niMOMS (Integrated Manufacturing Operations Management Solution)\n\nLead 10 engineers and technicians.\nACTIVITIES\nSAP and iMOMS Management Projects\nThink the vision and strategy with SATORP.\n\nCreate, update and deploy the integrated SATORP/AMIRAL tools.\n\nOrganize and prepare the Manufacturing sub-Committees for Digital follow-up: action tracking, culture implementation, KPIs, budget, resources, skills, training programs, technical support and procedures.\n\nSupervise the organization of meetings and specification of training on SAP and iMOMS modules.\n\nAssist with the creation of a robust and adequate staff Data and Digital training program.\n\nProvide regular assessment and progress reports and an end-of-mission report.\n\nPromote the SAP and iMOMS tools (writing articles in internal journals, presentations at team meetings, management, trade unions, etc.) and organize group meetings on the deployment of solutions.\n\nERP / SAP\nDefine and prepare, execute, commission, implement and start up SAP.\n\niMOMS: Integrated Manufacturing Operations Management Solution\nDefine and prepare, execute, commission, implement and start up iMOMS.\n\niMOMS Modules:\nIntegrated Production Planning and Scheduling\n\nOperations Management Solution (OM)\n\nPetrochemical Operations & Maintenance, specifically for the Ethylene Cracker\n\nCoiled metal tube temperature analytics\n\nFurnace decoking scheduling and predictions of residual tube life\n\nBenchmarking of availability and utilization among the furnaces\n\n3D visualization of the radiant components of the crackers\n\nEnergy Performance Management Solution\n\nData Validation and Reconciliation (Mass Balance)\n\nAssets Performance Management Solutions\n\nProcess Safety and Operational Risk Management\n\nDecision Support and Visualization\n\nInfrastructures - Integration Middleware\n\nKPIs, Reporting and Visualization Approach\n QUALIFICATIONS\nEngineer or equivalent, with at least 15 years of refining & petrochemicals experience (Maintenance, Digital, Data Management, etc.).\n\nSAP/iMOMS/Digital high skills.\n\nExcellent communication skills, pedagogy, adaptation, analysis and synthesis.\n\nIndependent, rigorous, organized and open-minded.\n\nTeam player with convincing capabilities.\n\nAbility to develop medium- and long-term work activities with large delegation.\n\nAbility to adapt to changes and work in an international, multicultural project environment, to cope in a positive and productive manner within an intensive environment.
