This location could be changed according to the progress of the work and the project needs.\n-Scope of Work:\nThe LV Supervisor shall be moved to one of the sites\nMain Goals\n-Represent Company on site for all Low Voltage installation activities.\n-Ensure safe execution in accordance with the Company’s Zero Harm philosophy.\n-Supervise subcontractors performing LV installation works.\n-Ensure compliance with approved drawings, specifications and quality requirements.\n-Prepare LV systems for Ready for Commissioning (RFC) and energization.\nDeliverables:\n-Supervise installation of LV switchboards, AC and DC distribution boards, UPS systems, battery chargers, batteries and auxiliary transformers.\n-Supervise installation of control cables, power cables, cable trays, conduits and cable terminations.\n-Verify installation of marshalling kiosks, local control cabinets and junction boxes.\n-Ensure compliance with approved drawings, cable schedules, wiring diagrams and method statements.\n-Verify cable identification, routing, glanding, termination and continuity.\n-Coordinate interfaces between LV installation, Protection & Control, SCADA, Telecom and HV primary equipment.\n-Implement Inspection & Test Plans (ITPs) and Quality Plans.\n-Monitor subcontractor productivity, workmanship and construction progress.\n-Prepare daily and weekly progress reports.\n-Manage punch items, NCRs and corrective actions.\n-Ensure compliance with Company’s HSE and QA/QC procedures.\n-Support the Ready for Commissioning (RFC), Energization and Final Handover\n-Approved engineering drawings and cable schedules.\n-Construction schedule and execution procedures.\n-Inspection & Test Plans and Quality documentation.\n-Company’s construction standards and HSE procedures.\n Requirements for Technical Services\n-Minimum 7 years of experience supervising LV installation works on HV substations.\n-Experience on 132-330 kV AIS/GIS EPC projects.\n-Knowledge of LV switchboards, AC/DC auxiliary systems and cable installation.\n-Knowledge of IEC standards and Company’s installation practices.\n-Experience supervising subcontractors.\n
