Service Purchases & Contracting Processes\nIn its perimeter, the Job holder manage Service Purchases & Contracting processes activities linked to TAS services both for Expats and Local requirements. The job holder manages Contract establishment processes.\nManage C&P Contract activities in cooperation with the Partner entities.\n\nEnsure the well application of TE internal C&P and UCPP procedures and associated processes, the local constraints, and the eventual « synergy » action plans defined by the Affiliate.\n\nManage Contracts process with his/her team: receive requests or scope from requesting entities, organize call for tender, evaluate offers along with requesting entities, lead negotiations and supervise establishment of C&P administrative & contractual documents.\n\nDefine, adopt and monitor adapted governance and strategies (by TGP categories, etc.).\n\nValidate / ensure validation of all the contractual documents & formal letters issued by contracts and purchasing entity.\n\nOrganize and manage contracts committee presentations preparation.\n\nLead the drive on cost optimization and reduction through usage of market intelligence information, suppliers’ qualifications & evaluations, cost models, target prices, etc.\n\nParticipate/lead complex negotiations during award/management stages of Contracts / Service purchase Orders.\n\nEnsure the respect of internal and external thresholds of validations for Strategy, RTA and internal and external engagements (DOA).\n\nContract management after signature (potential claims follow-up, extension, renewal strategy implementation, budget consumption monitoring, SRM with Suppliers).\n\nEnsure SAP PO/SO timely Creation.\n\nDevelopment of Local and International Suppliers Panel.\n\nPreparing and maintaining Contractual Templates adapted as per applicable local terms and conditions.\n\nEnsure auditable electronic and physical archiving as per internal C&P as well as UCPP requirements.\n\nDefine and monitor KPIs to ensure improvement of efficiencies.\n\n2. Duet/Triplet Management\nThe job holder supports Duet/Triplet Management.\nEnsure organization of Duet/Triplet meetings with partner entities and technical managers.\n\nAssist the Technical entities for all contractual activities.\n\nParticipate in anticipation of the needs of Technical entities through the creation of the procurement planning.\n\nLeading Master Procurement Plan (MPP) preparation and update with contribution of Partner Entities.\n\n3. Team Management\nThe job holder has Team Management responsibility.\nCoordinate the workload within his/her team.\n\nEnsure competencies management of his/her team for the realization of Contracts and all activities related to C&P activities.\n\nParticipate in the job specification, competence assessment & recruitment processes for personnel.\n\nEnsure the communication of good practices and lessons learned on C&P matters.\n\n4. Compliance Management\nThe Job holder manages Compliance of the product line activities.\nVerify that company’s Contractual / Purchasing Policies / applicable laws are adhered to, especially related to ethic & transparency.\n\nEnsure the application and respect of the procedures in the tender process.\n\nEnsure the application of Terms and Conditions, especially for complex, high value, high risk services.\n\n5.
