The role will provide operational and administrative support to procurement, sourcing, quality, master data management, and IT teams.\nThe successful candidate will take ownership of day-to-day supplier data lifecycle activities, user administration, interface troubleshooting, and data quality resolution, contributing to efficient supplier qualification processes and reliable data flows between business systems.\n Manage supplier onboarding, registration, qualification, and supplier master data maintenance.\nCreate, update, and validate supplier records in Jaggaer Supplier Management+.\nSupport business users throughout supplier registration and qualification workflows.\nInvestigate and resolve supplier data quality issues, inconsistencies, and missing information.\nMonitor and troubleshoot data interfaces between Jaggaer Supplier Management+, SAP MDG, and SAP ECC.\nAnalyze interface error messages, identify root causes, and coordinate corrective actions with IT support teams.\nValidate supplier master data using SAP transactions, including SLG1 and XK03.\nAdminister Jaggaer user accounts, roles, permissions, and access rights.\nPerform routine system administration and configuration activities within Jaggaer Supplier Management+.\nPrepare and upload supplier data using Excel-based import templates.\nExtract, consolidate, and provide supplier data reports to business stakeholders.\nCoordinate with procurement, sourcing, quality, master data management, and IT teams.\nProvide user guidance and operational support for supplier lifecycle processes.\nSupport data governance, system maintenance, and continuous improvement initiatives.\nTrack incidents and ensure timely resolution of supplier data and system-related issues.\n Previous experience in supplier onboarding, supplier qualification, or supplier master data management.\nPractical knowledge of Jaggaer Supplier Management+ administration and operational processes.\nBasic to intermediate SAP knowledge, with the ability to navigate and validate supplier data.\nFamiliarity with SAP transactions SLG1 and XK03.\nKnowledge of SAP MDG and SAP ECC is an advantage.\nExperience with system integrations, interface monitoring, and data flow troubleshooting.\nProficiency in Microsoft Excel, including data preparation, validation, imports, and exports.\nUnderstanding of supplier lifecycle management, master data governance, and data quality principles.\nExperience working in a multinational or international business environment.\nAbility to coordinate effectively with business users and technical support teams.\nStrong analytical, troubleshooting, and problem-solving skills.\nAbility to work independently, take ownership of tasks, and manage competing priorities.\nExcellent communication and stakeholder coordination skills.\nStrong attention to detail and a customer-oriented approach.\nAdaptability and willingness to learn new systems and processes quickly.\nFluency in English;
