We build long-term partnerships rooted in transparency, reliability, and compliance, empowering global success.\n Lead the implementation of the SPS Package Quality Management System (QMS).\nDevelop and drive the overall quality strategy for the SPS package.\nEnsure compliance with project specifications, contractual requirements, and company standards.\nReview and approve Project Quality Plans, I nspection & Test Plans (ITPs), and quality documentation.\nOversee contractor, subcontractor, and vendor quality performance throughout engineering, procurement, manufacturing, testing, and installation.\nManage vendor surveillance activities across global manufacturing locations.\nCoordinate Third-Party Inspection (TPI) and certification activities.\nLead quality audits, inspections, and surveillance programmes.\nManage non-conformances (NCRs), corrective and preventive actions (CAPA), and continuous improvement initiatives.\nMonitor quality KPIs and provide regular reporting to project management.\nEnsure timely completion of Quality Dossiers, Manufacturing Record Books (MRBs), and certification packages.\nLiaise with the Project Quality Manager, inspectors, contractors, and key project stakeholders.\nPromote the highest standards of HSE, ethics, and quality throughout project execution.\n Minimum 15 years ' experience within the Oil & Gas industry.\nAt least 10 years' experience working on Subsea Production Systems (SPS).\nPrevious experience in a QA/QC Lead or Quality Management role on major EPC/EPCI projects.\nStrong knowledge of subsea equipment, including trees, manifolds, umbilicals, and control systems.\nProven experience managing vendor surveillance and global manufacturing quality.\nStrong understanding of ISO 9001 Quality Management Systems.\nKnowledge of international industry standards, including API, ISO, and DNV.\nExperience managing quality audits, inspections, NCRs, CAPA, and quality KPIs.\n ISO 9001 Lead Auditor (or equivalent) certification is desirable.\nExperience working in multicultural, international project environments.\nPrevious TotalEnergies project experience is advantageous.\nFluent English, both written and spoken.\n Starting date: September 2026\nDuration: 12 months\nLocation: UK based initially (Montrose and/or Bristol), frequent travel to other locations globally.
