You will lead the bar team, maintain high standards of service and mixology, manage beverage inventory and COGS, ensure compliance with health and safety regulations, and deliver an outstanding guest experience. This is a floor-active leadership role that requires strong financial acumen, team management skills, and creative beverage development capability.\nWorking Location & Relocation Terms\nLocation: On-site in Lombok, West Nusa Tenggara (Beach Club Venue).\nRelocation Policy: Open to candidates based in Lombok or those willing to relocate. Please note that accommodation, flight, and relocation allowances are NOT provided by the company.\nKey Responsibilities\nBar Operations & Floor Presence: Oversee daily bar operations, ensuring efficient service, cleanliness, organization, and adherence to brand standards.
