You will lead two team members and will be responsible for bringing clarity, structure, and visibility to a broad internal IT environment.\nThe team works across areas such as Microsoft 365, SaaS tooling, access management, onboarding/offboarding, device and endpoint management, internal support queues, asset management, and security/compliance-related processes. The current environment is broad, so the next manager will play an important role in defining clear ownership, sustainable boundaries, and a practical roadmap for the department.\nWe are looking for someone who combines internal IT leadership experience with a pragmatic, service-oriented mindset. The right person will not simply explain why things cannot be done. They will work with internal stakeholders to understand the need, assess the risk, and find a practical, secure way forward.\nWhat You’ll Do \nLead and develop a small Internal IT team.\nTake ownership of the Internal IT agenda, priorities, roadmap, and operating rhythm.\nDefine and communicate the scope of Internal IT operations.\nImprove internal request handling, prioritization, documentation, and follow-through.\nProvide practical oversight of Microsoft 365 and other core internal IT tooling.\nPartner with the team on SaaS tooling, access management, onboarding/offboarding, device management, and internal support processes.\nWork with team members on individual goals and growth plans.\nClarify ownership boundaries between Internal IT and other departments.\nCollaborate with Sales, RevOps, Finance, Security, People, and Engineering where Internal IT expertise is needed.\nSupport security and compliance readiness through clear processes, documentation, and ownership.\nBuild a practical Internal IT roadmap.\nMake Internal IT more visible and understandable across the company.\nHelp employees understand what Internal IT does, how to request support, and which processes to follow.\nWhat You'll Need\nPrevious experience leading or owning an internal IT, workplace technology, IT operations, or similar function.\nPeople management experience, ideally with direct reports.\nStrong Microsoft 365 administration experience.\nAbility to build structure and clarity in a broad or ambiguous environment.\nStrong stakeholder communication and expectation management.\nStrong written and spoken English.\nPragmatic, service-oriented approach: able to help the business move forward while respecting security and compliance needs.\nAbility to work in a hybrid setup and come to the Prague office regularly.\nExperience supporting or running internal/company security audits or compliance processes, ideally including ISO 27001 and/or SOC 2.\nAbility to coordinate audit readiness across internal systems, access management, SaaS tooling, endpoint/device management, documentation, and evidence collection.\nClear understanding of the difference between internal/company security and product security, with this role focused on the internal/company side.\nGood understanding of access management, SaaS administration, internal IT operations, and IT service processes.\nBonus points if you have \nExperience with Torii or similar SaaS management platforms.\nExperience with Jira/JSM, Slack, Atlassian administration, Bitwarden, GitHub/GitLab, Zoom, or similar tools.\nExperience with Intune, Apple Business Manager, endpoint compliance, or device lifecycle management.\nExperience managing IT budgets, SaaS costs, licenses, vendors, or asset lifecycle.\nExperience in a SaaS or technology company.\nExperience building request intake, prioritization, documentation, or IT service management processes.\nWhat success looks like\nFirst 3 months\nYou have taken over the Internal IT agenda, built trust with the team, understood the current tools and processes, and started clarifying the scope of Internal IT operations.\nFirst 6 months\nYou have defined growth plans and goals for both team members, progressed the handover and clarification of security-related processes, improved assessment readiness, and built a practical roadmap for the department.\nFirst 12 months\nInternal IT has a clearly defined strategy, stronger visibility across the company, clearer processes, and a better-understood operating model.
