From digital platforms to physical marketplaces, we help clients safeguard what matters most-everywhere it matters.\nQA Analyst\nLocation: Derby, UK (Hybrid - 5 days per week, minimum 2 days in office)\nPosition Overview\nThe QA Analyst supports the Quality Assurance function by reviewing evidential materials produced by the Revenue Recovery investigations team.\nWorking closely with Investigators and the QA Manager, the role helps ensure evidence generated through test purchases and investigative activities is accurate, complete, and suitable for inclusion within litigation-focused case builds. The position requires strong attention to detail, analytical thinking, and a commitment to maintaining high-quality standards.\nKey Responsibilities\nEvidence Review and Quality Assurance\nReview evidence generated by Investigators to ensure accuracy, completeness, and consistency.\nVerify that evidence packages comply with internal procedures, evidential requirements, and quality standards.\nReview exhibits, screenshots, test purchase documentation, and supporting materials for completeness and accuracy.\nIdentify errors, omissions, inconsistencies, or evidential gaps and provide clear feedback to Investigators.\nEnsure evidential materials are appropriately documented and suitable for inclusion within litigation-focused case builds.\nSupport the QA Manager in maintaining high evidential standards across the Revenue Recovery function.\nCollaboration and Development\nWork closely with Investigators to improve the quality and consistency of evidential submissions.\nEscalate recurring quality issues and observations to the QA Manager.\nSupport the implementation of QA processes, procedures, and quality standards.\nBuild knowledge of case build processes, evidential requirements, and stakeholder engagement activities to support future progression within the Quality Assurance function.\nMaintain awareness of developments in online enforcement, litigation support, and intellectual property protection.\nAdministration and Compliance\nMaintain accurate records of QA reviews and findings.\nAssist with reporting and administrative activities where required.\nEnsure all work is completed in accordance with company policies, procedures, and quality standards.\nWhat You'll Bring\nBachelor's degree or equivalent experience.\nStrong analytical and problem-solving skills.\nExcellent attention to detail and ability to identify inconsistencies within large volumes of information.\nStrong written communication skills and ability to provide constructive feedback.\nGood organisational skills and ability to manage multiple priorities.\nAbility to work collaboratively with colleagues across different teams and locations.\nPrevious experience in quality assurance, investigations, compliance, legal support, or analytical work.\n Why IP House:\nIP House is redefining how the world combats illicit trade and intellectual property theft-delivering scalable, end-to-end solutions that empower global brands and rights holders through innovation, strategic expertise, and a relentless commitment to global enforcement.\nAchieving this ambitious mission requires the collaboration of an exceptionally talented team.
