The ideal candidate will be exceptionally organized, an outstanding communicator in English, and adept at coordinating priorities in a fast-paced, high-energy environment. The successful candidate will function as the primary liaison for internal and external requests, ensuring team and contractor focus, and the smooth delivery of our global field investigations.\nKey Responsibilities\nTasking, briefing, and managing vendors and IPH colleagues to ensure timely delivery of field investigations.\nProvide feedback around progress and quality to the Director and Associate Directors of field investigations.\nLiaise with internal stakeholders as to progress of field investigations\nAssist in quality control of vendor deliverables (evidence including Chain of Custody, formatting, photos, translation, proof reading). \nAssist in the onboarding and training of new field investigators and contractors.\nProviding invoicing and vendor expenditure information.\nManagement of file sharing between vendors and IPH.\nManagement of incoming email accounts.\nOver time, assist with writing new procedures and protocols where necessary.\nUpdate case management systems on an ongoing basis.\nWhat You’ll Bring\nThe ideal candidate will be a proactive, solution-oriented professional. The successful candidate will thrive if they have the following qualifications and experience:\nMinimum of 2 years of experience in coordinator, operations, client services, or project support role, with demonstrated responsibility for managing communications and planning. This would preferably be from within a legal, investigative, consulting, or similar fast-paced environment.\nExceptional organizational skills and a grasp of detail, with a proven ability to manage competing tasks and deadlines.\nExcellent written and verbal communication skills in English.
