You'll have someone at your level to spar with, swap feedback with, and learn from, alongside the rest of the team.\nWHAT TO EXPECT\nYour time is split between two areas with plenty of potential projects to focus on:\nWeb design (Webflow, Figma)\nDesign and build new pages, and have a say in how they're set up\nKeep the website visually consistent as it grows\nImprove how our CMS is structured so it's easier to work with\nGraphic design (Figma, Adobe Creative Suite, Canva, Pitch)\nCreate ads and visuals for our campaigns\nBuild templates and design systems colleagues can use without breaking the brand\nDesign how we present our product to potential customers, from slides to one-pagers\nWe have a heavy focus on graphic enablement: templates, reusable assets, and design libraries that let non-designers work fast without compromising the brand.
