Learn more about us, our mission, values, and goals on our site.\n\nNow we find a Product Owner.\nResponsibilities\n\nProduct Development: Define and maintain the product roadmap, prioritize initiatives, and drive the implementation of new features aligned with business objectives and customer needs.\n\nRegulatory Compliance: Analyze regulatory requirements and coordinate their timely implementation across the product and business processes.\n\nBusiness Continuity: Coordinate changes to critical payment systems while ensuring uninterrupted business operations and minimizing downtime risks.\n\nSLA Management: Monitor compliance with service-level agreements and requirements for service availability, reliability, and performance.\n\nBanking Integrations: Coordinate integrations with banks and payment partners, including requirements gathering, solution alignment, development, testing, and deployment.\n\nProduct Backlog Management: Maintain and prioritize the product backlog, balancing business objectives, regulatory obligations, technical constraints, and operational risks.\n\nRequirements Management: Translate business, technical, and regulatory requirements into clear user stories and acceptance criteria.\n\nCross-functional Collaboration: Work closely with Development, QA, DevOps, Information Security, Legal, Compliance, and Operations teams.\n\nRelease Management: Coordinate release planning and ensure readiness for changes deployed to production environments.\n\nPerformance Monitoring: Analyze product and operational metrics, identify bottlenecks, and initiate improvements to payment processes.\n\nDependency Management: Coordinate dependencies across internal teams, external partners, and interconnected systems.\n\nRequirements\n\nExperience as a Product Owner, Product Manager, or in a similar role.\n\nExperience in FinTech, banking, payment systems, or money transfer services.\n\nUnderstanding of payment infrastructure and banking integration processes.\n\nExperience working with regulatory requirements and coordinating their implementation.\n\nUnderstanding of SLAs, service availability, and business continuity principles.\n\nUnderstanding of APIs and system integration concepts.\n\nExperience managing product backlogs, maintaining roadmaps, and prioritizing initiatives.\n\nAbility to document business and technical requirements, write user stories, and define acceptance criteria.\n\nExperience collaborating with technical teams and external stakeholders.\n\nAbility to manage multiple initiatives simultaneously, assess risks, and make decisions under tight deadlines.\n\nStrong analytical and communication skills, a structured approach to problem-solving, and a high level of ownership.\n\nNice to Have\n\nExperience with payment processing, acquiring, or Payment Service Providers (PSPs).\n\nPractical experience implementing NBU (National Bank of Ukraine) requirements and other applicable regulatory obligations.\n\nExperience launching banking integrations and working with API contracts.\n\nUnderstanding of incident management, disaster recovery, and high-availability systems.\n\nExperience coordinating releases of critical systems without interrupting business operations.\n\nExperience with Jira, Confluence, and tools for monitoring service performance and operational
