is seeking a talented QA Intern to join our team and assist in the development of our Video Management System.\nNOTE:This is an on-site internship at our Norfolk, VA headquarters.\nKey responsibilities:\nDevelop and execute test cases, and test scripts to ensure the quality and reliability of our software products.\nConduct thorough regression testing when across various platforms, including Linux environments.\nMonitor debugging process results.\nCollaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and prioritize testing requirements, and communicate test results effectively.\nConfigure and maintain Linux-based testing environments, including virtual machines and containerized environments.\nDocument test procedures, test results, and other relevant information to support quality assurance efforts.\nStay updated on industry best practices, tools, and technologies related to software testing and quality assurance.\nRequirements:\nPursuing Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a IT related field.\nUnderstanding of software testing principles and methodologies, including manual testing techniques and test case design.\nAbility to execute test cases, report defects, and assist in regression testing activities under the guidance of senior team members.\nEagerness to learn and apply testing best practices, including test planning, test execution, and defect management.\nBasic understanding of Linux operating system fundamentals.\nExcellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with a keen attention to detail.\nStrong analytical skills and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.\nWillingness to collaborate with team members and stakeholders to achieve project objectives and deliver high-quality software products.\nDemonstrated ability to adapt to new technologies, tools, and methodologies quickly and effectively.\nPreferred Qualifications:\nExperience in software testing and quality assurance roles or Internship or academic projects related to software testing, quality assurance, or software development.\nFamiliarity with automation testing tools (e.g., Selenium, Jenkins).\nFamiliarity with version control systems such as Git and collaborative development workflows\nExposure to agile software development methodologies (e.g., Scrum, Kanban) and agile testing practices.\nBasic proficiency in at least one programming language (e.g., Python, Java, or JavaScript), with the ability to write simple scripts or programs.\nBenefits:\nHands-on experience working on
