financial information integral to the core objectives and requirements of each department.\n\nPrinciple Accountabilities\nResponsible for consolidating reports, month-end journal entries, audit requests, scheduling, reoccurring meetings and providing regular system maintenance for companies various manufacturing locations across North America. \nDevelops integrated revenue/expense analyses, projections, reports, and presentations of business units \nCreates and analyzes monthly, quarterly, and annual business unit reports and ensures that financial information has been recorded accurately. \nIdentifies trends and developments in competitive environments and presents findings to manager. \nPerforms financial forecasting and reconciliation of internal accounts. \nAny and all financial analyst related tasks as directed by supervisor\nEssential Skills and Experience\nBachelor’s degree in accounting or related field required \n2-4 years of experience in financial analysis, FP&A, or related roles\nSupports cost accounting activities, including inventory analysis, manufacturing cost reporting, variance analysis, and reconciliation of cost-related accounts across manufacturing locations.\nProficient in Microsoft Office including excellent Excel skills and a proven ability to build complex financial models \nProficiency in Consolidation and ERP softwares, such as LV and JDE, preferred \nKnowledge of Cost Accounting Systems, preferred \nExperience with SQL, preferred \nMust be results and deadline oriented with an ability to manage multiple assignments and work extended hours as dictated by the workload \nA strong desire to professionally grow and the ability to enthusiastically embrace new challenges \nMust be a team player with an ability to interface effectively with all levels of the
