They support Operations, Maintenance, and QA to ensure that all production and quality standards are met. They will indirectly manage a team, as well as have responsibility for all day-to-day technical needs of the department. The position demands a hands-on, experienced individual capable of working on technical/operational projects that involve a broad range of equipment, materials, and procedural issues.\nPrinciple Accountabilities\nIdentify and develop process improvements by working directly on the manufacturing floor. Implement and document these improvements to enhance efficiency, reduce waste, and improve product quality.\nDevelop and implement production/process methods to meet quality standards in the most cost-efficient manner.
