Contributes to infrastructure architecture design and ensures adherence to quality and change control standards. Investigates and helps resolve system issues, participates in root cause analysis, and identifies areas for improvement in existing processes and documentation.\nInfrastructure Support & Maintenance:Maintain and support infrastructure components to ensure system stability and performance.\nContribute to the design of infrastructure, network, and security architectures.\n\nTechnical Analysis & Problem Solving:Configure and debug systems to resolve technical issues. Troubleshoot issues across network, systems, and hardware platforms.\nPerform root cause analysis and implement short-term fixes and long-term solutions.
