This role involves working closely with senior developers and project teams to deliver high-quality software services that meet customer requirements\nDevelopment Support: Assist in designing, coding, testing, and implementing software solutions under senior guidance.\nCustomer Interaction: Participate in customer meetings to understand customer needs, assist in gathering requirements and provide status updates on project progress.\nCustomization & Configuration: Help customize and configure software applications to meet specific customer needs.\nDocumentation: Contribute to creating and maintaining technical documentation.\nIssue Triage: Assist in troubleshooting basic issues and escalate complex problems to senior developers while learning root cause analysis and resolution processes.\nUnit Testing: Perform unit testing and assist in integration testing.\nAll other duties as assigned.\nExperience/Qualifications\nProgramming Skills: Basic proficiency in programming languages (e.g., C#, .NET, HTML, CSS, JavaScript).
