This role focuses on learning and applying foundational software development skills under the guidance of senior engineers.\nCode Development:Write, test, and debug basic software code according to task specifications.\n\nCode Reviews:Participate in code reviews to learn best practices and improve code quality.\n\nDocumentation:Responsible for creating supporting documentation associated with assigned tasks.\n\nInternal Collaboration:Work in teams, communicate effectively with peers and management.\n\n Learning:Engage in ongoing professional development to improve technical skills and stay updated with latest technology trends.\n\nAll other duties as assigned.\nExperience/Qualifications\nTechnical Competencies\nProgramming Languages: Basic proficiency in one or more programming languages (e.g., C#, .NET, HTML, CSS, JavaScript, XSLT) and devOps practices. Familiarity with software development lifecycle.\nVersion Control: Understand and familiarity with version control systems (e.g., Git), IDEs and basic knowledge of web application security principles.\nTesting: Knowledge of basic testing methods, unit testing, and tools.\nDebugging : Ability to debug code using browser developer tools (for front-end) or using breakpoints and logging in back-end code.
