Type : Application Managed Services (AMS)\n\nJob Overview :\n\niPivot is seeking an experienced Oracle Fusion Project Portfolio Management (PPM) AMS Support Lead to manage production support, lead functional support teams, and ensure reliable delivery of Oracle PPM services.\n\nThe role focuses on project costing, project billing and contracts, project financial management, and project-to-cash processes.\n\nThe successful candidate will handle critical incidents, oversee functional changes, manage integrations with Oracle Financials and Procurement modules, and drive SLA compliance and continuous service improvement.\n\nKey Responsibilities :\n\n- Lead day-to-day Oracle Fusion PPM application maintenance and production support, including incidents, service requests, defects, and enhancements.\n\n- Oversee Project Costing processes, including expenditure items, cost distributions, burden schedules, and project accounting.\n\n- Support Project Billing and Project Contracts, including contract setup, funding, billing events, invoicing, and revenue recognition.\n\n- Manage project budgets, forecasts, financial plans, project capitalization, and project financial performance.\n\n- Troubleshoot project accounting discrepancies and support reconciliation of project costs, billing, and financial transactions.\n\n- Coordinate integrations between Oracle PPM and Oracle Accounts Payable (AP), Accounts Receivable (AR), General Ledger (GL), Procurement, and Fixed Assets.\n\n- Lead resolution of critical P1/P2 incidents, conduct root cause analysis (RCA), implement corrective actions, and coordinate escalations with Oracle Support.\n\n- Review functional configurations, solution designs, change requests, and enhancement requirements.\n\n- Assess Oracle quarterly updates, coordinate regression testing, and ensure release readiness.\n\n- Monitor SLAs, KPIs, support backlogs, incident trends, and service quality.\n\n- Drive service governance, knowledge management, process standardization, and continuous improvement.\n\n- Lead and mentor functional consultants, coordinate workload and escalations, and provide regular service delivery updates to clients.\n\n- Maintain functional documentation, incident records, change logs, and operational reports.\n\nMandatory Skills & Expertise :\n\n- Strong hands-on experience with Oracle Fusion Cloud Project Portfolio Management (PPM) in an AMS or production support environment.\n\n- Expertise in Project Costing, Project Billing, Project Contracts, and Project Financial Management.\n\n- Strong understanding of project accounting, capital projects, and project-to-cash processes.\n\n- Knowledge of project funding, billing events, revenue recognition, cost management, and financial reconciliation.\n\n- Experience supporting integrations between Oracle PPM and AP, AR, GL, Procurement, and Fixed Assets.\n\n- Proven experience in L2/L3 production support, P1/P2 incident management, RCA, and change management.\n\n- Experience managing SLA/KPI governance, service delivery, support backlogs, and client escalations.\n\n- Ability to lead functional support teams and coordinate with technical, finance, and business stakeholders.\n\nGood to Have :\n\n- Knowledge of Oracle Functional Setup Manager (FSM), FBDI, and ESS Jobs.\n\n- Experience with OTBI, BI Publisher, and Oracle Cloud integrations.\n\n- Exposure to Oracle Fusion quarterly release management and regression testing.\n\n- Experience in service transition, support process improvement, and operational governance.\n\nKey Performance Expectations :\n\n- Timely resolution of critical and high-priority incidents.\n\n- Compliance with agreed SLAs and service delivery KPIs.\n\n- Stable project costing, billing, and project accounting processes.\n\n- Effective management of support backlogs and recurring defects.\n\n- Successful delivery of approved enhancements and quarterly release testing.\n\n- Strong team performance, client satisfaction, and continuous improvement.\n\nIdeal Candidate :\n\nAn experienced Oracle Fusion PPM professional who combines strong functional knowledge of project financial processes with AMS leadership capabilities.\n\nThe candidate should be able to manage complex production issues, lead support teams, coordinate cross-module integrations, and maintain consistent
