The consultant will work through the complete implementation lifecycle including planning, design, configuration, integration, testing, training, change management, validation, and project closure.\n\nKey Responsibilities :\n\n- Translate business needs into technology-enabled Oracle ARCS solutions.\n\n- Plan delivery, assess risks, gather requirements, design, develop, and implement Oracle ARCS solutions.\n\n- Provide expertise in Reconciliation Compliance and Transaction Matching.\n\n- Lead requirement gathering through project closure activities.\n\n- Design complete Oracle ARCS solutions and application configurations.\n\n- Lead and mentor junior team members during project execution.\n\n- Manage internal and external stakeholders independently.\n\n- Support integrations and reconciliation process improvements.\n\nRequired Skills :\n\n- Relevant years of consulting experience with Oracle EPM background and Oracle ARCS.\n\n- Implementations: Minimum 2 Oracle ARCS implementations.\n\n- Reconciliation Formats, Auto Matching Rules, Reconciliation Workflow, Integrations.\n\n- Hands-on experience in Transaction Matching Reconciliations.\n\n- Strong client-facing communication and stakeholder management skills.\n\n- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint.\n\nGood to Have Skills:\n\n- Requirements and design workshops.\n\n- FCCS, Data Management and Automation exposure.\n\n- Oracle ARCS Certification.\n\n- Pre-sales, Sales, RFP and RFI support experience.\n\nEducational Qualifications:\n\n- BE / BTech.\n\n- Chartered Accountant
