initiatives.\nThe HR Manager will champion a high-performance culture, support change management initiatives, leverage HR analytics to drive decision-making, and help develop a strong talent pipeline to meet current and future business needs.\nWhat You'll Do\nLead day-to-day HR operations and ensure consistent execution of HR processes and programs.\n\nEnsure compliance with employment laws, regulations, company policies, and industry standards.\n\nSupport and implement HR strategies aligned with business objectives.\n\nManage full-cycle talent acquisition, onboarding, and workforce planning activities for hourly positions.\n\nServe as a trusted advisor to leaders on employee relations, performance management, and organizational challenges.\n\nLead investigations and resolve complex employee relations matters with professionalism and confidentiality.\n\nDevelop and implement HR policies, procedures, and best practices.\n\nDrive employee engagement, development, succession planning, and retention initiatives.\n\nUtilize HR metrics, reporting, and analytics to identify trends and support data-driven decisions.\n\nSupport payroll, benefits administration, compliance audits, and HR operational excellence.\n\nPartner with regional and global HR teams on transformation projects and strategic initiatives.\n\nIdentify opportunities to enhance HR processes, systems, and employee experience.\n\nWhat We're Looking For\nBachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.\n\n5-8 years of progressive HR experience, including 2-3 years in an HR leadership or management role.\n\nHR experience in a manufacturing or industrial environment is highly preferred.\n\nBilingual (English/Spanish) is highly preferred.\n\nStrong knowledge of employment law, HR compliance, and employee relations.\n\nExperience with talent acquisition, performance management, workforce planning, and organizational development.\n\nProven ability to influence leaders, manage stakeholders, and drive business results through people strategies.\n\nExperience with HRIS platforms\n\nStrong analytical skills with experience leveraging HR data and metrics to support decision-making.\n\nExperience supporting HR transformation, process improvement, or digital HR initiatives\n\nProfessional certification (SHRM-CP, SHRM-SCP, PHR, SPHR, CIPD)
