A strong business background in manufacturing, problem-solving, resource management, and stakeholder coordination will be essential for success in this role.\nKey responsibilities:\nProject Management & Delivery\nLead the planning, coordination, and execution of projects under the umbrella of Project Horizon\n\nDevelop and maintain project plans, timelines, and resource allocation strategies.\n\nCoordinate multi-disciplinary SME inputs and ensure timely and quality delivery of assigned workstreams.\n\nOversee creation and maintenance of project documentation, including workplans, status reports, and deliverables.\n\nIdentify and assess project risks and dependencies.\n\nManage third parties’ deliverables where required\n\nSupport project budgeting, forecasting, and cost tracking as required\n\nProvide regular updates to internal leadership on project progress, risks, and issues.\n\nProject Management Expertise & Best Practice\nApply advanced project management methodologies and frameworks to projects\n\nIdentify opportunities to improve processes and support the development of internal delivery standards and best practices.\n\nWhat you will bring to the role:\nBachelor’s degree in a relevant field (e.g. management, business, economics, or engineering).\n\nProject management certification (e.g., PMP) is a plus.\n\nProven track record in delivering complex projects in fast-paced environment\n\nExperience supporting multi-disciplinary teams and engaging senior stakeholders.\n\nStrong leadership and team management skills to coordinate cross-functional teams.\n\nExcellent problem-solving and analytical skills for troubleshooting project challenges.\n\nAbility to prioritize tasks, manage multiple projects, and meet deadlines.\n\nStrong communication and negotiation skills for stakeholder engagement\n\nProficiency in project management software\n\nIf you’re ready for your next challenge and want to make an impact, we’d love to hear from you.
