drive product initiatives from discovery to delivery.\n\nYou will be responsible for identifying growth opportunities, improving player experience, optimizing product performance, and delivering features that create measurable business impact across Tier-1 markets.\n\nResponsibilities\n\n• Own and manage the product roadmap and backlog\n\n• Define product vision, strategy, and priorities based on business goals and player needs\n\n• Analyze product performance and monitor key metrics (GGR, NGR, RTP, Retention, LTV, Conversion)\n\n• Conduct market, competitor, and player research across Tier-1 markets\n\n• Create product requirements, specifications, user stories, and feature documentation\n\n• Collaborate closely with CRM, Analytics, Design, and Development teams\n\n• Drive A/B testing initiatives and data-driven product improvements\n\n• Optimize retention mechanics, bonus systems, and player journeys\n\n• Identify growth opportunities and scale successful product initiatives\n\n• Ensure timely delivery of product features and improvements\n\nRequirements\n\n• 4+ years of Product Owner or Product Management experience within iGaming\n\n• Strong experience working with Tier-1 markets\n\n• Deep understanding of casino product metrics (GGR, NGR, RTP, Retention, LTV, Conversion)\n\n• Hands-on experience with analytics and experimentation tools (Google Analytics, Hotjar, Power BI, Amplitude, or similar)\n\n• Strong knowledge of player behavior, segmentation, and customer journey mapping\n\n• Experience designing and optimizing retention strategies\n\n• Experience with bonus mechanics, gamification, and engagement systems\n\n• Strong understanding of UI/UX principles and product development processes\n\n• Experience working with cross-functional teams and managing product backlogs\n\n• Excellent analytical, communication, and stakeholder management skills\n\n• Fluent Ukrainian and Russian communication skills\n\n• English
