Read more about our story at: www.iplglobal.com\nJob Overview and key accountabilities (agile)\nAs Forklift Operator, you will be responsible for operating forklifts and other material handling equipment to move, locate, stack, and count merchandise within our production and warehouse facilities. This role plays a critical part in maintaining efficient production flow and ensuring timely delivery of materials to various departments. You will have a strong work ethic, attention to detail, and a commitment to workplace safety.\nOperate forklifts and other powered industrial trucks to load, unload, and transport materials.\n\nSupply production lines with raw materials and remove finished goods to designated storage areas.\n\nPerform daily equipment checks and report any mechanical issues or safety concerns.\n\nMaintain accurate inventory records and assist with cycle counts.\n\nFollow all safety protocols and company procedures to ensure a safe working environment.\n\nAssist with general production/warehouse duties as needed, including packaging, labeling, and organizing materials.\n\nCommunicate effectively with team members and supervisors to coordinate workflow.\n\nQualifications & Experience\nHigh school diploma or equivalent (GED) preferred.\n\nValid forklift operator certification/license required/ Forklift certifications - Counterbalance, Reach truck and PPT\n\nMinimum of 1-2 years of experience operating a forklift in a manufacturing or warehouse setting.\n\nUnderstanding of warehouse and/or production operations and safety procedures.\n\nAbility to operate various types of forklifts (e.g., sit-down, stand-up, pallet jacks).\n\nGood physical condition with the ability to lift up to 50 lbs and stand for extended periods.\n\nBasic math and computer skills for inventory tracking.\n\nExcellent attention to detail and organizational skills\n\nTechnical Skills & Behavioural Competencies\nWe Care for Each Other We are True to Ourselves We Own It We are Driven\nForklift Operation -
