Serve as Agile Delivery Lead and lead scrum teams on mid to large initiatives independently, interact with product, delivery, and business partners.\n\n- Should be able to manage multiple initiatives (at-least 2).\n\n- Collaborate with product owner, technical leads and quality assurance leads to ensure effective communication and identify, track, and remove impediments impacting delivery.\n\n- Support team commitments and delivery predictability.\n\n- Communicate project status, risks, and issues to stakeholders.\n\n- Collaborate throughout the duration of an implementation by reviewing and guiding on project artifacts, helping coordinate meetings with subject matter experts and testing new functionality.\n\n- Provide demonstrations of and documentation for new features in the system/software.\n\n- Transition all new technology solutions to the Production Operations and Support Teams.\n\n- Actively participate in process improvement initiatives to enable operational efficiency.\n\n- Excellent hands on in Agile and Scrum Delivery framework.\n\n- Agile Project Management exp is must.\n\nQualifications:\n\n- Good experience with at least 2 different roles working in SDLC (Dev, BA, QA, UI/UX, PO).\n\n- 2+ years experience as Project Manager or Scrum Master.\n\n- Expert knowledge of Agile Framework and Scrum and deep technical competence.\n\n- Demonstrated
