You’ll work all the way from discovery to delivery and beyond to solve problems that are at the heart of some of the most burning issues for our clients.\nYou’ll find the work challenging, the people stimulating and the environment-friendly, welcoming and accepting.\nRequired skills and experience\nQualifications in an aligned discipline and extensive relevant experience,\nAn ability to undertake business analysis within an Agile environment with experience in requirement: elicitation, gathering, documentation and management\nAbility to facilitate groups across multiple disciplines\nCapability to work effectively, independently and as part of a team, including taking initiative, providing regular updates on your work, seeking and providing support as required\nA functional and conceptual understanding of technical matters, as well as the proven ability to quickly learn new business domains and technical applications\nTechnical proficiency (SQL, data analysis tools, system integration)\nTesting and quality assurance knowledge\nExcellent negotiation and influencing skills, enabling effective interaction with stakeholders and users in the provision of advice, guiding decision-making and seeking cooperation in the delivery of services\nWell developed verbal and written communication and interpersonal skills, including demonstrated ability to prepare and deliver technical and business reports.\nWhat will I be doing?\nWork as part of an Agile team to deliver high quality business analysis for stakeholders,\nBe proactively client-facing; evangelise, engage in pre-sales activity and other business development activities as required,\nUndertake analysis of client requirements to ensure there is a comprehensive understanding and agreement of client engagements,\nActively work on client engagements to achieve the desired business outcomes leveraging agile principles,\nManage client stakeholders to drive maximum client satisfaction,\nIdentify challenges to achieving client outcomes and work with the client and team to remedy the situation,\nParticipate in engaging with the community through meetups and conferences;
