CUSTOMER SERVICE ASSISTANT

We are looking for a responsible and organised Customer Service Assistant to support our team in handling customer enquiries and daily administrative tasks.

Job Responsibilities

• Handle customer enquiries via email, WhatsApp and phone calls.
• Follow up with customers on enquiries and ongoing matters.
• Assist with quotations, invoices and general documentation.
• Provide administrative and coordination support to the team.
• Keep track of pending matters and ensure timely follow-up.
• Perform other customer service and administrative duties as required.

Requirements

• Good spoken and written English and Mandarin
• Comfortable communicating with customers by phone, WhatsApp and email.
• Organised, responsible and detail-oriented.
• Able to multitask and follow up independently.
• Basic Microsoft Office and computer skills.
• Customer service or administrative experience preferred.
• Training will be provided.
  
  Working Hours
• Monday to Friday: 9:30am to 6:30pm
• Saturday: 9:30am to 1:30pm
