The position involves designing and checking artwork, replying to customer emails for ongoing jobs, following up on approvals and order progress, updating job tasks, and coordinating confirmed orders with the production team.\nTasks & ResponsibilitiesPrepare, check and amend print-ready artwork.\n\nReply to customer emails regarding ongoing jobs and artwork.\n\nFollow up on artwork, approvals, payments and required information.\n\nUpdate, move and assign job tasks according to order progress.\n\nSubmit confirmed artwork and job details to production.\n\nCoordinate with the production team and follow up on job status.\n\nEnsure artwork and order information are accurate and properly updated.\n\nManage multiple artwork jobs and orders efficiently.\n\nQualifications and experience\nRelevant experience in a printing company, graphic design studio or related industry is preferred.\n\nProficient in Adobe Illustrator and Adobe Photoshop.
