IPRO is seeking Telephone Surveyors to conduct telephone secret shopper surveys of provider offices for multiple state contracts to assess network adequacy. This is temporary role essential for the successful completion of surveys, Monday - Friday from 8:30am-5pm. Duties to include but not limited to:
- Prioritize conducting outbound calls and data entry activities.
- Follow telephone survey scripts and tools.
- Organize and maintain proper record of all telephone surveys and data entry activities for review.
- Meet daily or weekly goals for completed surveys and calls.

- Knowledge of customer service practices and principles.
- Excellent data entry and typing skills.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Excellent active listening capabilities.
- Basic computer proficiency.
- Comfortable working in fast-paced environments.
- Strong time management and organizational skills.
- Exceptional interpersonal and rapport building skills.
- Exceptional ability to multi-task especially type/enter data while on an active phone call.
- Professionalism to follow protocols and accurately document interactions.
This position is office based at our Jericho, NY office.
EDUCATION & EXPERIENCE:
- High school diploma or equivalent is required. An associate’s degree or some college is preferred.
- A minimum of one (1) year experience in a call center environment or in customer service making outbound calls. Medical office front desk/reception experience preferred.
- Data entry experience. Prior experience conducting secret shopper calls, a plus.
The salary range and/or hourly rate listed is a good faith determination of potential base compensation that may be offered to a successful applicant for this position at the time of this job advertisement and may be modified in the future. The hourly range for this position is $19.00 - $21.00. Actual salary range and /or hourly rate depends on a variety of factors including experience, education, credentials, location, and budget.
