This is temporary role essential for the successful completion of surveys, Monday - Friday from 8:30am-5pm. Duties to include but not limited to:\nPrioritize conducting outbound calls and data entry activities.\nFollow telephone survey scripts and tools.\nOrganize and maintain proper record of all telephone surveys and data entry activities for review.\nMeet daily or weekly goals for completed surveys and calls.\nQUALIFICATIONS:\nKnowledge of customer service practices and principles.\nExcellent data entry and typing skills.\nStrong verbal and written communication skills.\nExcellent active listening capabilities.\nBasic computer proficiency.\nComfortable working in fast-paced environments.\nStrong time management and organizational skills.\nExceptional interpersonal and rapport building skills.\nExceptional ability to multi-task especially type/enter data while on an active phone call.\nProfessionalism to follow protocols and accurately document interactions.\nThis position is office based at our Jericho, NY office.\nEDUCATION & EXPERIENCE:\nHigh school diploma or equivalent is required. An associate’s degree or some college is preferred.\nA minimum of one (1) year experience in a call center environment or in customer service making outbound calls. Medical office front desk/reception experience preferred.\nData entry experience. Prior experience conducting secret shopper calls, a plus.\nThe salary range and/or hourly rate listed is a good faith determination of potential base compensation that may be offered to a successful applicant for this position at the time of this job advertisement and may be modified in the future. The hourly range for this position is $19.00 - $21.00.
