Weld-On products are globally recognized as the premium products for joining plastic pipes and fittings and are used by professional installers around the world in a variety of applications such as, but not limited to, construction (residential & commercial), industrial (chemical process, water treatment, mining, etc.), irrigation (landscaping & agricultural) and others.\nEssential Duties and Responsibilities:\nFulfill customer orders by gathering finished goods\nReview order details and fulfill customer shipment requests that could include specific pallet sizing, dimensions, custom fastening materials, etc. \nIdentify and assemble packaging materials (wooden/cardboard containers, shrink-wrap) to prepare the order for shipment. \nIdentify and create all necessary shipping labels, including hazardous placards. \nScan all finished goods into E1 system prior to shipment. Prepare orders for internal shipments to other company locations (CA, TN) across the US.\nSafely load finished goods onto trailer using appropriate equipment.\nTransport pallets across the warehouse using appropriate equipment while following the cycle inventory process of 1st in / 1st out. \nPerform daily cycle counts (2x/day) to validate physical inventory against inventory reflected in the system (E1).\nConduct 5S daily to ensure that work and the surrounding area are well organized, clean, and safe.\nAdditional tasks as assigned when needed. \nEducation/Certification\nHigh school diploma or GED\nAbility to do basic math (addition, subtraction, multiplication)\nMust have Forklift Operator certification\nAbility to obtain and maintain HAZMAT certification\nSkills\nOperate forklift, elevating platform, drum grapple, and other lifting devices\nOperate hand tools such as saw, drill, etc. \nEffective communication across all departments\nAbility to multi-task while managing time effectively\nStrong attention to detail\nPhysical Requirements\nMust be able to lift and move items or boxes up to 30lbs (~50% of the time) and boxes up to 50lbs from time-to-time (less than 1% of time). \nYears of Experience\n1+ years of warehouse experience\nHourly Range: $19.00 - $20.00/hour\nIPS Corporation is an Equal Opportunity Employer.
