This role requires someone who thrives at the intersection of structured SAP methodologies and agile delivery practices, ensuring transparency, accountability, and on-time delivery across all work streams.Key\nResponsibilities:\nPlay a role in System of Governance in defining and implementing a large-scale SAP S4 I-ERP program\nLead tactical activities and support overall strategic program objectives.\nManage the EPICS/Sub Epics/Features for the Product Group in JIRA\nContinuously assess issues, risks and opportunities while assisting with resolution\nTrack scope changes and manage change control processes to prevent scope creep\nManage program-level CRAID (Change Requests, Risks, Assumptions, Issues, Decisions) log\nSupport gathering and review of metrics to support Major releases as well as to track Production Releases like Release on Demand, Problem Incidents etc.\nSupport System of Delivery (SoD) quarterly Program Increment (PI) planning and facilitation of events - Logistics, breakout sessions, presentations, workshops, etc.\nSupport and Manage integration points between ERP modules and legacy/third-party systems\nPrepare Product Teams for Program Increment (PI) planning events.\nConsolidate Product Line Iteration reviews into Product Group Iteration reviews and retro.\nCoordinate, be accountable and ensure Product Teams are progressing, focusing on scope, timelines & release management.\nSupport Foundational Product teams by coordinating Release activities such as Cutover, Testing cycles, training programs and data readiness with Product teams\nSupport resolving PDO and Foundational related dependencies with Product Managers\nRemove blockers and impediments by ensuring teams are bringing issues to appropriate governance forums\nFacilitate lessons learned and transition to steady-state support/operations\nLead end-to-end management of SAP projects (implementations, upgrades, roll-outs, and support enhancements) including S/4HANA migrations, module deployments (FI/CO, MM, SD, PP, HCM, etc.), and integration initiatives.\nDevelop and maintain comprehensive project plans, timelines, resource allocations, budgets, and risk registers.\nOwn and administer JIRA boards for all project activities - creating epics, user stories, tasks, and subtasks; managing backlogs; configuring workflows, dashboards, and custom fields to fit SAP project needs.\nManage project governance: status reporting, steering committee updates, RAID logs, and change management processes.\nDrive continuous improvement of project management practices, JIRA usage standards, and reporting templates across the SAP team. Required\nQualifications:\nBachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Business Administration, or related field.\n3+ years of experience managing SAP projects (implementation, upgrade, or support) in project management capacity.\nDemonstrated expert-level, daily hands-on use of JIRA - including board configuration, workflow automation, JQL queries, dashboard creation, and integration with Confluence.\nStrong knowledge of both Agile/Scrum and Waterfall/hybrid project delivery frameworks.\nExcellent stakeholder management, communication, and presentation skills.\nProven ability to manage multiple concurrent projects and competing priorities.\nSkills Required:\nProject Management, Release Management, Jira, Agile Software Development, SAP ERP\nExperience Required:\nSpecialist Exp: 6 years in IT; 3 years in Program Mgmt., Expert in Project Manager\nEducation Required:\nBachelor's Degree Hybrid Position 4 days a week onsite\nEducation Preferred:\nCertification Program\nPreferred\nQualifications:\nPMP, PMI-ACP, CSM (Certified Scrum Master), or SAFe certification.\nSAP Activate or SAP certification in a relevant module.\nExperience with Power BI, Power Automate, JIRA Align, JIRA Service Management, or other Atlassian suite tools (Confluence).\nExperience in the automotive or manufacturing industry.\nFamiliarity with ITSM/change management tools (ServiceNow) alongside JIRA.
