years of direct, hands-on WorkForce Software (WFS) configuration experience and holds a current WorkForce Software certification.\nKey\nResponsibilities:\nDesign, build, and maintain WorkForce Software configurations to support business requirements across the ATLAS program\nProvide hands-on configuration and deployment expertise for WorkForce Software modules, including Time and Attendance, Scheduling, Absence Case Tracking, Reporting, and Integrations\nPartner with HR, Payroll, Operations, and IT stakeholders to translate business requirements into system configurations\nTroubleshoot and resolve configuration issues, ensuring system stability and data integrity\nSupport testing, validation, and deployment of configuration changes across multiple deployment waves\nEnsure compliance with timekeeping and leave of absence regulations across US and Canada\nDocument configuration standards, processes, and change history\nProvide post-deployment support and act as a subject matter expert (SME) for WorkForce Software functionality\nCollaborate with cross-functional teams including HR, IT, Manufacturing Operations, and Finance\nSkills
